GeoKiks may display user content, community reports, and third-party or public information about incidents, hazards, weather, traffic, and civic conditions. This information may be incomplete, outdated, or context-dependent. It is not professional emergency advice and not a substitute for official guidance from emergency services, qualified professionals, or governmental authorities.
2.GeoKiks is not an emergency service
GeoKiks does not dispatch emergency responders, does not replace 911, 112, 999, or your jurisdiction’s emergency number, and is not an official alerting system operated by a government agency. If you believe you are in imminent danger, call emergency services immediately using your local emergency number.
3.Call official emergency services
For life-threatening emergencies, crime in progress, fire, severe medical events, or missing persons believed to be at immediate risk, contact emergency services directly. Do not delay seeking help because of information on GeoKiks.
4.Public alerts may be delayed or incomplete
Public alerts, feeds, and informational displays may be delayed, revised, or canceled as events evolve. GeoKiks may not have the complete picture at any given moment. Always monitor official channels when available.
5.User reports may be inaccurate
Users may post inaccurate, exaggerated, or misleading content, sometimes intentionally. GeoKiks moderates and may label or remove content, but cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness at all times.
6.Location and routing may be inaccurate
GPS, Wi‑Fi, and cellular signals can be inaccurate indoors, in dense cities, or if spoofed. Directions and routes may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for conditions such as flooding, road closures, wildfires, or active incidents.
7.Do not approach danger to record content
Do not enter hazardous areas, approach active incidents, interfere with responders, or endanger others to capture content. Such conduct may violate law and our Community Guidelines and may cause serious harm.
8.Do not interfere with emergency responders
Do not obstruct emergency personnel, aircraft, watercraft, or official incident perimeters. Follow evacuation orders and road closures issued by authorities.
9.Natural disasters, crime, weather, traffic, fires, missing persons
Information about natural disasters, crime, severe weather, traffic incidents, wildfires, missing persons, and other events may be incomplete. Official sources may have different timelines, geographies, or restrictions. GeoKiks is not liable for outcomes based on reliance on platform content.
10.No guarantee of safety outcomes
