Delete Your GeoKiks Account

iOS and Android

1. Open the GeoKiks app and sign in.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Choose Delete Account.

4. Complete the confirmation. You may be asked for your password, a one-time code, or Apple or Google sign-in.

Website. geokiks.com does not currently provide a button that deletes your account. Use the iOS or Android app.

If you cannot open the app, email support@geokiks.com from the address on the account and ask for help.

After you confirm, the account is marked pending deletion. You should not be able to use it as a normal account. Your profile is removed from ordinary public visibility.

There is a 30-day pending period after you request deletion. During that time, GeoKiks may allow you to cancel the request if that option is still offered in the product.

This pending period is not a promise that every copy of your information is erased on day 30.

Your ability to sign in as a normal user is removed. Public profile visibility is taken down from ordinary product surfaces. Related rows in some systems are hidden or disconnected from ordinary use.

GeoKiks does not currently complete a full wipe of every system on a fixed date. Some stored content may remain, including certain media files, messages, My People location records, Place Alerts, SOS records, and history that has not yet expired on its own timer (history also expires on a 7-day default unless pinned).

GeoKiks may also keep information when needed for legal obligations, fraud and security, disputes, backup cycles, or required records. Analytics identifiers at third parties may remain except where that provider offers a deletion path.

When a more complete deletion pass is available across GeoKiks systems, this page will describe it.

If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in that store account. Deleting your GeoKiks account does not always cancel store billing by itself.

Apple: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Google: Play Store, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.

You can delete some posts, comments, and similar content in the app without deleting the whole account. My People sharing can be turned off, and people can be removed or blocked.
