Welcome to Geokiks, a space where stories connect people, creativity thrives, and communities grow.

We built Geokiks to empower real expression — but we also believe that freedom comes with responsibility. These guidelines are here to create a safe, inclusive, and positive space for everyone.

By using Geokiks, you agree to follow these principles.

🚫 Violence & Threats

We do not allow content that:

• Encourages or incites violence
• Makes threats toward individuals, groups, or institutions
• Promotes weapons or dangerous behavior

🛡️ Harassment & Bullying

We stand against:

• Insults, hate campaigns, or personal attacks
• Repeated negative targeting of individuals
• Doxxing (sharing personal info without consent)

🚨 Self-Harm or Suicide

We do not allow:

• Promotion or glorification of self-harm or suicide
• Graphic descriptions or depictions
• Challenges or trends that pose risks to mental or physical health

We may show warnings and direct users to mental health resources when needed.

❌ Child Exploitation

We have zero tolerance for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Predatory behavior
• Unsafe content featuring minors

👨‍👩‍👧 Protecting Minors

Content involving minors must:

• Be age-appropriate
• Not sexualize or endanger children
• Be supervised or clearly safe

✋ Hate Speech

We remove content that attacks or demeans anyone based on:

• Race, ethnicity, nationality
• Gender or gender identity
• Religion, disability, or sexual orientation

👥 Dangerous Organizations

We ban:

• Promotion of terrorist groups
• Content linked to hate groups, criminal organizations, or extremist ideologies

🚫 Misinformation

We remove false content that could cause harm, such as:

• Health misinformation
• Election interference
• Fraudulent claims

We allow parody and satire when it’s clearly marked and not misleading.

👻 Impersonation

Do not pretend to be someone else. This includes:

• Using their name, likeness, or content to deceive others
• Creating fake pages/accounts

Geokiks is not a platform for explicit content.

We do not allow:

• Nudity or sexually explicit behavior
• Pornographic content
• Sexualization of minors or suggestive content without context

Some exceptions may apply for educational, health, or artistic purposes — reviewed with care.

🛑 Illegal Content or Activities

You may not share, promote, or coordinate:

• Drug use or distribution
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Unlicensed weapons or financial fraud

🧠 Intellectual Property

Only upload content you own or have permission to use.

Examples of what’s not allowed:

• Reposting music, videos, or art without rights
• Using logos or branding without consent

We actively remove:

• Fake accounts, bots, or coordinated spam
• Clickbait or engagement bait
• Scam giveaways, pyramid schemes, or misleading promotions

Use Geokiks for authentic connections — not for deception.

Geokiks celebrates creativity, originality, and expression — but always within the boundaries of respect.

Avoid:

• Shock value for views
• Harmful trends or dangerous challenges
• Disrespectful content aimed at vulnerable communities

✉️ How to Report

Use the “Report” button to flag content that violates our guidelines. Each report is reviewed by a trained moderator or our automated system.

⚖️ What Happens After

• Content may be removed
• Accounts may be warned, restricted, or banned
• Repeated violations lead to permanent suspension

If your content is removed or restricted, you can appeal the decision via Support.

We also publish periodic Transparency Reports on enforcement trends to stay accountable to our users.
